SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
The supplemental information listed in Sections 18.10.050 (1) and (3) of the Thurston County Platting and
Subdivision Ordinance (copy of list attached) must be submitted with this application form. One (1) 11" x 1T'
reduced copy of the preliminary map /site plan shall be submitted. Seven (7) full size copies may also be
required if the reduced copy is not legible. Full size copies must be folded, not rolled, and must be at a
scale of not more than fifty (50) feet to the inch nor less than two hundred (200) feet to the inch (using a
standard interval of an engineer scale).
Please note that while a survey is not required for preliminary approval of a large lot map, it is required
prior to final map approval.
FORMAT FOR ALL RECORDED DOCUMENTS AND MAP
The format for all recorded documents, including legal description, plat certificate and Declaration of Large
Lot Subdivision and Covenants, must be on paper of weight and color capable of producing a legible image
and must not be larger than 8.5" x 14." ONE (1) MYLAR AND SEVEN (7) COPIES OF THE MAP ON 18" x
24" SI2E PAPER MUST BE SUBMITTED. All pages (aside from page Ni which must have a 3" top margin)
must have a 1" margin on the top, bottom and sides and be prepared in an ink color capable of being imaged,
and all seals must be legible, capable of being imaged and located outside the 1" margins.
If recorded documents and map are not correctly formatted per the above instruction, the Auditors Office
cannot accept them for filing. The form for the Declaration of Large Lot Subdivision and Covenants is
attached.
