No conflicts as the addition is similar use as existing use.
2. Is the site within 300 feet of any "critical areas" such as wetlands or streams?
Yes, Yelm Creek.
3. What provisions will be made for storm water and/or flood control?
New roof area will be connected to existinq building roof tightline.
No new parkinq areas will be created. ,
4. What provisions will be made for water supply and sewage disposal?
Water and sewer facilities currently servinq the Shelter will be
tapped into to serve the Addition.
5. What provisions will be made for electrical power, natural gas, telephone
and other utilities? All other utilities required exist on site and will be
utilized for the Addition.
6. What provisions will be made for streets, access, and/or buses?
Existinq access etc. will remain as is, no revisions necessary to
accommodate Addition to Shelter.
7. What provisions, if any, will be made for open space and/or recreation?_
Existinq Shelter currently has protected plav areas and those areas
will not be disturbed.
8. What provisions will be made for schools and school children?
Not applicable.
