To whom it may concern:
The City has completed its review for the Boundary Line Adjustment on the above property. In order
for the proposed property lines to meet minimum City zoning, health, and building standards, the
following conditions must be met:
Conditions of Approval:
1. Plat review comments: Included are redline comments on the plat map, please make
corrections and return redline copy with your corrected map.
After the requested material has been submitted and approved, the City will sign the certification of
conformance and return the map to you to record at the Thurston County Auditor’s office.
Once the BLA is approved, it is your responsibility to record the conveyance deed. If a conveyance
deed is not recorded, the Thurston County Assessor’s office will not recognize the BLA.
Prior to recording the approved BLA, a Tax Certification form must be signed by the Thurston
County Treasurer’s office after verification that all current year and delinquent taxes and
assessments on the entire project tract or tracts are paid in full per Section 84.56.340 RCW.
Although not a condition of approval for the BLA, please note that the BLA will create the need for
the sewer gang box to be moved to be located on the new parcel A (lot 44). This must be completed
prior to the inspection for approval of the STEP tank on either parcel.
