This is a comprehensive list that includes all departments from within the City. Public Works: Sewer: 1. The sewer department is ready to final the sewer portion of the plat, however will need to re-inspect after electric service is installed to assure no damage to sewer infrastructure during installation. Land Use approval #10 Landscaping: It is understood that planter strips are not complete due to the future installation of power lines. Planter strips must be covered with sod or other ground cover. 5. Street trees require pressure treated 4x6 pinned in place with rebar, geotextile root control at back of curb and back of sidewalk as shown on Civil Plan sheet C1.3. Street Tree detail 4-19. 6. Street trees are to be planted 35’ on center with a ratio of 3 street trees to 1 accent tree. All trees within planter strip appear to be the same species, with no accent tree. Landscape plan page C4.1 called for Paperbark Maple and Katsura Trees, alternate species to be approved by the City. 7. Landscape in Stormpond is missing trees along perimeter and hydroseed or sod in and around pond. 8. Restoration of planter strips on Longmire is not complete. 9. Open space improvements are not in place. Subdivision approval was based on a conceptual plan of a ½ basketball court, BBQ & bench. I could not confirm that fence around stormpond is in alignment with property lines between Tract A & Tract B. Please confirm. 10. Mailboxes not installed. At this time, the punchlist is too large to accept your final plat application. When you have addressed the items above, please contact me to arrange a re-inspection.
