application submitted by Bob Benum, 9821 252nd St. E, Graham, WA 98338, for the above referenced project was received by the City of Yelm on July 16, 2013. The City has determined
the application to be complete on July 17, 2013. The application and any related documents are available for public review during normal business hours at the City of Yelm, 105 Yelm
Avenue W., Yelm WA.
Pursuant to Section 58.17.215 RCW the City of Yelm is providing notice of the project application described below to all property owners within the Mountain Shadow
Subdivision. Any person receiving this notice may request a public hearing regarding this project. The request must be received by the Community Development Department no later than
August 2, 2013.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Remove the development note on Sheet 3 of 5, of the Mountain Shadow Plat, Thurston County Recording Number 3907147, that requires shared driveway
accesses for Lots 78/79 and 80/81. The shared driveway requirement note was included in error, and is not necessary for safety of access to these, or adjoining parcels.
ENVIRONMENTAL
and OTHER DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION: Original and proposed revision to Plat Map submitted with application.

No preliminary determination of consistency with City development regulations has been made. At minimum, this project will be subject to the following plans
and regulations: City of Yelm Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Title 17 YMC, Critical Areas Ordinance Chapter 14.08 YMC, Storm Water Drainage Design and Erosion Control Manual (DOE), International
Building Code, State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Title (14), Road Design Standards, and Platting and Subdivision Title (16).
