The proposed flood p/ain relocafion will result in mitigation planfings and an equal amount of flood storage volume for the site. No impacts are expected for neighboring land uses. 2. Is the site within 300 feet of any "critical areas" such as wetlands or streams? Yes. The sife abuts Yelm Creek, which is classified as a T pe 5 sfream with an associated Category 3 wetland. A/so the site contains mapped FEMA flood plain. 3. What provisions will be made for storm water and/or flood control� The grading project proposes to remove the only impervious surfaces (a small compacted gravel area) so the entire site will be pervious. No stormwater controls are required. Compensating flood sforage is provided on sife to equal the volume of flood plain/oss. 4. What provisions will be made for water supply and sewage disposal� Wafer and sewer are not needed for the proposal. 5. What provisions will be made for electrical power, natural gas, telephone and other utilities? Dry ufilities are not needed for the proposal. 6.
