1. Does the design minimize conflicts with neighboring land uses? Explain._
The proposed reservoir althouqh visible from neiqhborina residences, is less
obtrusive than the alternative of a taller standpipe reservoir. The site will have
landscapinq and buildinq articulation to lessen the impact to surroundinq properties.
2. Is the site within 300 feet of any "critical areas" such as wetlands or streams?
The site is more than 1000 feet from Thompson Creek and its associated
wetlands.
3. What provisions will be made for storm water and/or flood control? Storm
water facilities will be constructed to City standards.
4. What provisions will be made for water supply and sewage disposal?
The proposal is to construct a well to serve the Citv of Yelm. Sewer services
will be provided bv the Citv of Yelm
5. What provisions will be made for electrical power, natural gas, telephone
and other utilities? Electric natural qas telephone and other utilities are
located within Tahoma Boulevard and will be extended as necessary.
6. What provisions will be made for streets, access, and/or buses? A
construction access will be created from Tahoma Boulevard and a main access may
be provided from Jensen Drive
7. What provisions, if any, will be made for open space and/or recreation?_
No open space or recreation component should be �equired for this proiect
