* Under Surveyors Notes #2, "Second Amended..." is being used even though a "Third
Amended..." was submitted. Please review.
* Add Square Feet to the map along with the Acreage for each lot.
* Add Situs Addresses, including city and zip code, to the map.
* Lot closures for Lots 3 & 4 do not match the survey.
* Add all line distance calls to Lot 6 & Lot 8.
* Add line distance to Tract C East line.
* There are taxes due.
Re-submit for Final Review.
Memo: Verification Request for "Plat Name Approval" sent to Auditor's Office. (Please
contact the Auditor's Office, 360 786-5405, for reservation and approval of Name for Plat.)
