There are some items that need revisions. For the items that need changed or corrected, I am sending you back redlined originals. 1. Survey review comments: In addition to the corrections required by the reviewing surveyor in his letter, we have included comments (highlighted in blue) on the plat map. Please be sure to correct all items. When you submit your revised plans, please include PLEASERETURN ALL 4 copies of the full size plat, and one 11” x 17” copy. REDLINED COPIES . 2. Please address the attached e-mail comments from the Thurston County Assessor’s Office. 3. Update letter regarding open space improvements. 4. Update Stormwater maintenance agreement; include the maintenance and pollution source control programs. Be sure all pages have 1” margin. 5. Remove references to Pierce County in CCR’s. Suggest you take easement off the title, as the Auditor’s Office will record the document twice. 6. The warranty Agreement and Bill of Sale are ready for signature The plat map will need to be reviewed a second time by both the reviewing surveyor and the Assessor’s office.
