� construction issue we need to address on Rick's storm water system. The aqua swirl manufacture cannot make the 90
'� degree connection we requested with 12" pipe.

We are asking to change one pipe run from 12" to 8" (see attached) in order to allow the manufacture to proceed with
the design. I have run the calculations and attached them to show an 8" pipe will convey the 100 year storm while being
I only half full. If this is acceptable please let me know so I may authorize Aqua swirl to proceed.
