This Restrictive Covenant is being made because the City of Yelm will allow the six-foat
setback for the building on Tract B of the Adjacent Parcel as long as no buildings are constructed
on the Property.
Grantors make the following declaratian as to limitations, restrictions, and uses to which
the Property may be put while Tract B of the Adjacent Property contains a building with a
setback from the Property of only six feet, and specify that such declarations shall constitute
covenants to run with the land, as provided by law and shail be binding on all parties and all
persons claiming under them, including all current and future owners of any portion of the
Property:
