1. PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY EXISTING UTILITIES
EXACT LOCATIONS HORIZONTALLY AND VERTICALLY, IF FIELD VERIFIED LOCATIONS DIFFER
FROM WHAT IS SHOWN ON PLANS CONTACT THE PROJECT ENGINEER IMMEDIATALLY FOR
POSSIBLE DESIGN CHANGES.
