Dear Karen,
We have addressed the comments from Cities peer reviewer("SCJ Alliance") dated December 20, 2013
as follows:
Conditions of Approval:
9. & 12. Landscape& Irrigation Plan has been prepared and is included in the resubmittal for review.
13. Refuse location has been revised to meet Lemay requirements. See revised Civil Plan set.
15. Fire Department Connection locations and 4"fire line to building sprinkler rooms have been
provided on the revised Civil Plan Set to meet fire protection requirements.
Sheet 2 of 19(TP1):
1. Silt fence proposed location has been revised so to not conflict with existing gas line location.
Sheet 3 of 19 (TP2):
2. Notes updated as required.
Sheet 5 of 191R1):
3. Note 2 and ramp Detail callout has been updated to reference WSDOT as required.
4. Noted. Reference to"chain link" spec.for screening refuse screening purposes has been removed
from the plans. Refuse Screening material will be provided on the architect's site plan for Approval.

Sheet 10 of 19 (PG11:
10. 20 foot stall depth callout is now shown on plans to reflect actual proposed depth.
11. Refuse location has been revised per Lemay recommendation on location.
12. Spot elevations have been provided along ADA pathways as required to ensure 2%max. slope in all
directions.
Sheet 11 of 19 (STP):
13. Service Box between tank and 2" STEP Main now shown as required.
14.All tanks are now show in the park area outside of parking lot.
15.Air release provide at high point in main near connection point to the stub provided in Longmire.
City Detail also referenced and shown on the plans.
16.Tanks have been moved outside of driving area.
17.Tanks have been revised to concrete (3000 Gal. per)
18. Potable water hose bib has been provided within 50'of pump chamber.
19. Twenty four hour storage is now shown within the design above liquid level in tanks.
20.The STEP control panel is now shown on 4"x8" wooden post in park area. City detail has also been
provided.
Sheet 16 of 19 (W1):
21. Plan and design intent is to reflect (2)domestic water meters and (2) irrigation meters. See revised
Plan Set.

Sewer Report:
31.Tank sizing has been revised to reflect V=1.5Q only and no longer accounts for"peaking factor" of
4.25.
32. Report now reflects all required tank volume calculations meeting necessary requirements.
33. Person per unit has been revised to reference City of Yelm General Sewer Plan which references 2.98
people/housing unit.
Stormwater Report:
34. Revised Subbasin information now provided in the report to encompass entire project area.
35.The calculations now reflect the same climatic region#.
36. Roof infiltration gallery calculations now reflect only(1) apartment building.
37.The report has now been updated in Sub-section 5 to reference sizing of Aqua-swirl, model and
treatment capacity available.
