All reinforcing shall be ASTM A615 Grade 40 for #4 bars or smaller and Grade 60 for #5 bars or larger. 3. Concrete shall be in accordance with ASTM 150. f'c = 2500 PSI @ 28 day slump = 4" maximum, 6% Air entrained. Masonr 1. All mortar shall conform to ASTM C -270, Type S, f'c = 1800 PSI at 28 days. 2. Roof trusses shall be by a pre - approved manufacturer and constructed according to the specifications of the Truss Plate Institute.
