Dear Wayne:
The City has received your application for the Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA)
referenced above and requires the following information to complete our approval.
1. Title report for parcel 21724420300.
2. Declaration of Boundary Line Adjustment signed and notarized by all parties who
have interest in title (Declaration attached).
3. Map title: City of Yelm Boundary Line Adjustment BLA-14-0153-YL.
4. Provide a 3”x3” blank space on the map for the City to stamp approved. The
county requires the City Stamp in addition to the signature block.
5. We have no specific redline comments for the map; however I will caution you
that Thurston County requires that all text be legible. I might suggest that you
provide the map and legal descriptions on one larger sheet, or remove text that is
not required for recording.
6. You may wish to confirm with your legal consultant whether a deed will be
required as well.
Please resubmit a corrected BLA map, and the Declaration of Boundary Line
Adjustment with all signatures notarized. If all corrections are made, the City will stamp
the BLA map approved and it will be ready for recording.
You can then take the approved BLA map and declaration of Boundary Line Adjustment
to the Thurston County Auditor’s office for Recording. You may be required to pay
current and future property taxes.
