EAST WITHIN THE SHORELINE JURISDICTIONAL AREA.
* EXISTING FENCE LOCATED TO THE EAST SHALL BE REMOVED.
* THE FLOODPLAIN AREA IS TO REMAIN UNDISTURBED.
