The Community Development Department has reviewed your letter of concern for the above
referenced project. In response to your concerns, the proposed project will have two entrances
which would lessen the traffic impact on Yelm Avenue East (SR 507). In addition, "Minor automobile
sales' which means the use of any building, land area or other premises for the display and sale of
new or used automobiles that carries less than 50 automobiles in stock at any particular time is an
allowed use in the C -1 Commercial zone, therefore, this project meets the zoning code
requirements.
