Properties to the south lie in a separate basin and we were informed by city personnel that it was not necessary to continue the STEP main all across the property frontage. 2' A sewer cleanout and subject detail has been added to the plans 3. The proposed connection to the existing sewer main has been detailed on the plans. The service connection to the property has been revised to eliminate the 45- degree bends. .� The STEP pipeline callouts have been amended to include fabrication specifications. 14. This notation appears on the Existing Conditions and Demolition Plan and has been added to the Onsite Composite Utility Plan. xReduced Pressure Backflow Assemblies (RPBA's) have been called out on the plan at the existing meter location. The irrigation meter has been relocated to the planting strip between the sidewalk and roadway and the RPBA has been called out at this location. The City of Yelm water meter detail has been added to sheet C4.4. ,,51 The requested note concerning testing of RPBA's has been added to sheet C4.0. Engineering Civil Comments: The existing 8" water main in Clark Road has been enhanced on sheet - / C4.0 and specifically called out. A. The STEP main has not been extended across the property frontage. Please see the response to Sewer Comment #1. The City of YeIm Reduced Pressure Backflow Assembly (RPBA) detail has been added to sheet C4.5.
