Work description for 302 ne Jefferson Yelm, WA.
Insulation:
1) We will be installing approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of R -21 insulation in the crawl hole
below the house using paperless bats and metal rods for securing the insulation.
2) In the attic we will be installing roughly 1,000 sq. ft. of R30 insulation.
Plumbing:
1)We are replacing the pipe from main shut off at alley to house and replacing the pipe
with new 1" poly line.
2) Next we will replace all galvanized water lines with half inch pex pipe.
3) New 50 gallon hot water tank will be installed with proper hurricane strapping,
pressure relief valve and set on top of drain pan.
Reroof:
Removing existing 3 tab roofing and installing roughly 32 squares of roofing.
