The application was determined to be complete on November 13, 2014. The application and all related documents are available for public review during normal business hours at the City of Yelm, 105 Yelm Avenue West, Yelm WA. Project Description: Construct a 23,760 square foot warehouse building along with associated office space, parking, loading and unloading, and stormwater facilities. The application includes a boundary line adjustment between two existing parcels to accommodate the proposed use. Documents Submitted with the Application: Site Plan, Preliminary Stormwater Site Plan, Trip Generation Report, Environmental Checklist, Mazama Pocket Gopher and Wetland Assessment, and an application for Boundary Line Adjustment. The City has not requested any additional information or project studies and has made no preliminary determination of consistency with City development regulations. Determination of Non-Significance: The City of Yelm as lead agency for this action has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Therefore, an environmental impact statement (EIS) will not be required under Section 43.21C.030(2)(c) RCW. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. The City of Yelm will not act on this proposal prior December 12, 2014, at 5:00 P.M. You may appeal this determination to the Yelm Hearing Examiner by submitting a written appeal no later than December 12, 2014 at 5:00 P.M. You should be prepared to make specific factual objections. Public Comment: Comments regarding this application or its environmental impacts are welcome and should be directed to Grant Beck, Community Development Department, 105 Yelm Avenue West, Yelm WA 98597. Comments will be accepted until December 12, 2014 at 5:00 P.M. This notice has been provided to appropriate local and state agencies, and property owners within 300 feet of the project site. These recipients will also receive a Notice of Final Decision.
