Dear Mr. Butler:
The Community Development Department has reviewed the final subdivision application materials for
the Rochester Short Subdivision. Please make the changes shown in red ink. They include comments
from the reviewing surveyor and Thurston County Assessor.
• Edits to text in declaration wording
• Add paragraph 5 from City declaration
• Add "and the SE 1/4 of SW%"to legal on both pages
• Add City, ST&Zip to addresses
When the corrections have been made, please send 2 clean copies to me for signatures, and a check in
the amount of$200.00, made out to The City of Yelm,to cover survey review fees.
I will arrange to meet Mr. Rochester at the Thurston County Assessor's office for recording. Mr.
Rochester will need to be prepared to pay any outstanding and future taxes, as well as recording fees.

We have reviewed the plat for corrections to plat submitted on March 13, 2015.
The following changes need to be completed prior to recording.
Minor corrections to the declaration of short plat and covenants are noted with red pen
notes on sheet 1. Include paragraph 5 on published short plats declaration.
Edit legal description as marked.
Sheets 1 and 2 should include location of lots in portion of the se 1/4 of the swl/4.

subdivision of the said described real property,which map(is) (is not) based upon an
accurate survey.

and restrictions pertaining to the above described real property and reserving to the
