The order of responses correspond with your comments. 1. The building plans have been updated to the current 2012 codes for both architectural and structural. 2. All the code citations in the plans have been updated for building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical & ANSI. 3. The energy information on sheet G100 has been updated per the current 2012 WSEC Table R402.1.1. The insulation will be prescriptive per tables. New energy form attached. 4. The window guard information has been added to wall section 1 /A500. 5. The dimension callout to top of water closet seat has been revised to read 15" — 19" on sheet G103. 6. The retail buildings shown on sheet G 10 1 are under a separate development and only shown on our site plan for reference. 7. The Fire Wall detail on sheet A501 is standard construction practice for area separation walls. The (2) layers of 5/8" g.w.b. extend up to the bottom of the floor sheathing above and up to the roof sheathing. The floor framing and roof trusses run parallel to the wall so the framing on one side of the wall would be able to break away and not compromise the integrity of the Fire Wall. We have added another contractor option of the Fire Wall on detail 3/A501. This option builds an independent, balloon framed 2x4 wall with (2) layers 5/8" `Densglass Gold' Type `X' gyp. sheathing each side. Then the unit walls would be constructed adjacent to the Fire Wall.
