Indoor or outdoor sales sponsored by schools or other nonprofit organizations for no more than three days per event and no more than four times in any calendar year. CONCLUSIONS OF LAw A. Section 18.41 (B) YMC, the site plan review committee may establish such additional conditions as may be deemed necessary to ensure land use compatibility and to minimize potential impacts on nearby uses. These include, but are not limited to, conditions regulating the time and frequency of operation, parking and traffic circulation requirements, screening, and site restoration. The Site Plan Review Committee establishes these following conditions for Temporary Use of the Masonic Lodge by the Yelm Business Community for an Arts and Craft Show: 1. All vendors shall have a current City of Yelm Business License. 2. A copy of written permission from the Yelm Food Coop to use parking lot for the event shall be provided to the City prior to the event. 3. The event shall be confined to the interior walls of the Masonic Lodge. 4. The event shall be accessible per the International Building Code (IBC) and ANSI A117.1 -2009 Accessibility Standards for Buildings on Historical Registers.
