SEGA Engineers has provided structural calculations for plan Plan L2 -2853 prepared
by Landmark Design. The calculations are for a generic site with a design criteria of a
25 psf snow load, a 110 mph Exposure B wind load, and Seismic Zone D per 2012
International Building Code Chapter 16. This is to verify that the calculations and
design criteria above are applicable for the following project and location:
