October 23, 2015 Location: Tahoma Blvd. SE. and Killion Road SE. See attached map. The trees locations are marked at the curb side UF- 2015 -3 Start Date: Upon execution of contract. Completion Date: All work to be completed by November 15, 2015. Method of Payment: Lump sum upon City's acceptance of complete job and receipt of invoice. Invoice to be submitted no later than November 30, 2015. Permits: A City of Yelm Business License is required. Insurance: Contractor will be required to furnish proof of liability insurance and name the City of Yelm as additional insured.
