We hereby propose to furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary for the
completion of:
1) Tear off and dispose of all existing roofing ( Torchdown / Rolled Roofing) on
upper level of building and lower pop out roof...
2) Dismantle and dispose of existing red brick chimney at NE corner of upper roof
and existing Skylight box East side of upper level roo£.Patch holes, frame in and
cover with new plywood ( OSB)
3) Re -Build , if necessary, sections of existing Pony walls with new OSB plywood to
apply New TPO roofing materials, West, South and North sides..
4) Tear off and dispose of all Plywood materials on existing roo£.upper and lower
IeveR.6place with new 3/8 OSB plywood -
5) Install new TPO ( Thermoplastic Polylefin Single ply Membrane ) roofing system
on entire roof, upper and lower levels.. Includes " Elephan Skin" Rubber
membrane underlayment , 1/2 " foam insulation, TPO roofing, screwed and glued
in place, Approx Six (6) new 8" vents, drip edges and flashing
6) Install Metal cap flashing on all existing Pony walls and lower op out edges
7) Clean up and dispose of all debris
8) Start to finish approx 3 days (0
9) Product Warranty 15 years, labor warranty/years
