Ordinance 346 December 1888:
Automobile, truck, trailer sales, boat sales and repairs appear in the heavy commercial (c -2) zone, but not in the Central
Business District or Commercial C -1 zone.
Ordinance 471 July 1993:
Created a C -3 zone, and clarifies recreational vehicle parks, storage and sales.
Ordinance 555 July 1995
C -2 & C -3 zones specifically allow sales and servicing of campers, mobile homes and trailers
