Charge for Water
Dear Mr. Bichler
I have received your letter in regards to charging me water at building B located at 109
93rd Avenue.
I understand your frustration as to the cost of water by the City of Yelm. i have talked to
you in regards to the flood of water leaking out in my office and warehouse area due to
frozen pipes on several occasions.
Also, Scott at Gear Works (whom I shared the office with from 1998 -half of 20 10) had
contacted you in regards to the bathroom toilet leaking. Currently I have to physically
shut off the water valve to the toilet in order for it not to run. By looking at this very, very
old toilet it is not in good working condition and hasn't been in some time..
I would be more than happy to discuss the water bill once the toilet is replaced; and we
can determine if there are any leaks in all buildings This should be done at all 3 below
locations.
You are asking me to pay $50 a month, I would like a copy of the water bill. As you are
aware you receive ONE water bill for all 3 business locations:
Cruzen Auto (Now vacant)
Advanced Drivelines, Inc (Dave Borland) NO employees Just myself
Bucky's Muffler (John) plus employees
John at Bucky s has not received a notice for a water charge. It is not fair that I am the
only one that has been sent a notice so apparently I'm suppose to pay for everyone's
water. This is frustrating to me as I have been a faithful, loyal paying renter since 1998. 1
am responsible by shutting off the toilet valve but 1 can't continue to do that if a customer
came in to use the restroom.
