The Pratt's submitted a completed Petition to Annex and supporting documentation to the Planning Department on June 17, 1997 B. PREVIOUS PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL ACTION. The Planning Commission reviewed the Notice of Intent to Commence Annexation on May 19, 1997, and recommended the City Council except the Notice of Intent. This petition is accompanied by a map which outlines the boundaries of the property sought to be annexed. This page is a group of ~ pages containing an identical text and petition intended by the signers of this petition to be presented and considered as one petition and may be filed with other pages containing additional signatures which cumulatively may be considered as a single petition. The undersigned petition the City Council and ask: 1.
