((attached pdf) you felt they could possibly have 12 sgft) Starbucks is also now asking if a sign on the west end of the building would be allowed ?(picture attached) This may not be possible as the sign would really be on the tanning company's west wall, Starbucks occupies the east end of the same building ? ??
