NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 18.18.030 YMC that your use of property within
the City of Yelm and described below is in violation of provisions of the Yelm Zoning Code, Title
18 YMC.
ALLEGATIONS OF FACT
1. Norma C Comalander owns property identified by the Thurston County Assessor's
Office as parcel number 75301700200 located at 301 Railroad SW in Yelm,
Washington.
2. The property is zoned C -1 and is currently used as a Single Family Residence.
3. On November 12, 2015 the City of Yelm Police Department reported that an
inoperable recreational vehicle was being used as a residence at the above noted
location.
4. The outside storage of inoperable vehicles longer than thirty days is in violation of
Section 18.51.050 (C) (1), Storage.
ALLEGATIONS OF LAW
A. The above described real property is within the City of Yelm.
B. Use of the recreational vehicle as living quarters is in violation of Section 18.51.050 (C)
(2) YMC, Storage.
IT IS ORDERED THAT Norma C Comalander shall remove the inoperable recreational vehicle
from her property and cease the use of any vehicles on her property as living quarters.
Failure to comply with the terms of this notice of violation may result in further actions by the
City of Yelm, including, but not limited to the issuance of additional civil penalties of up to
$250.00 per day of violation or further enforcement action through a court of competent
jurisdiction.
