Casey,
Thank you for meeting with me on site to discuss the City of Yelm concerns regarding the
work trucks and equipment being stored on your site.
Your property is zoned Central Business District, however, the City of Yelm considers the
use as residential. The appearance of the use of 107 Stevens St NE as a construction truck
and equipment yard is what prompted the letter and subsequent meeting.
As we discussed on site storage of RV's, trailers for residential or recreational hauling and
family vehicles are permissible. If you wish to store any of these while unlicensed, you must
store them behind a solid fence or in a structure.
