Box 2291 Yelm, WA 98597 Re: 301 Creek Street NW Warehousing Mr. Grier, City of Yelm 105 Yelm Avenue West Yelm, WA 98597 You are using the building owned by Prairie Business Park located at 301 Creek St NE, Thurston County Assessor's Parcel #, 22730110101 as storage for Country Outlet goods (see attached pictures). The property it is not in compliance with the Yelm Municipal Code as it is in violation of Chapter 17.26, Commercial Zone C -2. Uses Allowed in the C -2 Zone do not include warehousing or storage of equipment, commodities and products. These uses are for the industrial areas zoned accordingly. Please supply the City of Yelm a schedule for removal of your warehoused goods to an appropriately zoned industrial site. Failure to comply with the terms of this notice of violation may result in further actions by the City of Yelm, including, but not limited to the issuance of additional civil penalties of up to $250.00 per day of violation or further enforcement action through a court of competent jurisdiction.
