I will scan and send the letters that the HOA sent to the homeowner is a separate email. As of yesterday at 12:30 pm, the disabled vehicle was still in the driveway. Thanks for your attention to this matter. I have contacted the City of Yelm by talking with Grant Beck (Director of Community Development) who suggested that I also fill out a Citizen Response Form on the City's website. By filling out the form (which I also did), he said the issue would get to someone who would provide an answer or someone who could follow up. 4 Although the multifamily home is a rental, I also called the non - resident homeowner and left a message for them to call me back. This particular homeowner however has been historically unresponsive. I hope this helps. Please let me know if the situation gets worse and we'll follow up with a formal letter and fine for the homeowner. The gas runs down the sidewalk into the storm drain in our driveway and kills the grass along the sidewalk. We have spoken to them several times about it, and the answer is always that they will fix it at the next payday. They spread sand along the sidewalk yesterday, which actually makes it worse. It is, of course, an environmental issue with the consistent leak into the storm drain, but also a hazard to the many kids running around out front. We would like to ask what actions the HOA can take to eliminate the problem. 3 Aric and Sarah Bowman 15412 105th AVE
