NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 1.16.040 Yelm Municipal Code (YMC) that your
use of property at 402 West Rd. is in violation of Chapter 17, Sections 17.57.060
ALLEGATIONS OF FACT
1. On July 15, 2014 you were informed by a letter from the City of Yelm of the zoning
infraction of on site use of recreational vehicles as private residences. See attached
letter.
2. Thomas and Donna K Shaut are the lawful owner 402 West Rd. SE, parcel number

ALLEGATIONS OF LAW
1. The above described property is with the City of Yelm
2. The above described property is Zoned C -1 with its current use as a business.
3. As of July 30, 2014 the property is in violation of 17.57.060 YMC
IT IS ORDERED THAT within 15 days of receipt of this notice that the recreational vehicles be
stored and the violation of use as a residence be corrected.
Failure to comply with the terms of this notice of violations by stated time may result in further
actions by the City of Yelm, including, but not limited to the issuance of civil penalties of up to
$250.00 per day of violation or further enforcement action through court of competent
jurisdiction.
