NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 13.04.220 (A) &(B) YMC that your use of
properties and buildings within the City of Yelm are in violation of provisions of the Yelm
Municipal Code (YMC).
ALLEGATIONS OF FACT
1. ChildCare Loving and Learning, LLC owns property at 203 Solberg St SW legally described as
, parcel number 21724410304, legal description Section 24 Township 17 Range 1 E Quarter NE

2. . The property is occupied by the owner and Janelle Sebesta is an agent of the owner.
3. ChildCare Loving and Learning, LLC operates a child care service business at 203 Solberg
St. SW, Yelm, Washington.
4. On July 11, 2013 ChildCare Loving and Learning applied for a City of Yelm business
license.
5. On July 18, 2013 ChildCare Loving and Learning was informed via US Mail of the cross
connection control requirements and allowed 30 days to correct the situation.
6. On October 17, 2013 ChildCare Loving and Learning was informed via US Mail that the
City of Yelm gave them 15 days to correct the violation.
ALLEGATIONS OF LAW
A. The above described real property is within the City of Yelm.
B. The City has the authority to require cross connection control per Section 13.04.220
YMC
C. ChildCare Loving and Learning ignored the November 21, 2013 notice of violation and is
operating the daycare in violation of Chapter 13, YMC.
IT IS ORDERED THAT ChildCare Loving and Learning shall cease the cross connection control
violation.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT ChildCare Loving and pay a civil penalty pursuant to Section
13.04.220 (F) and 13.04.340 YMC in the amount of $250.00.
Failure to comply with the terms of this notice of violation may result in further actions by the
City of Yelm, including, but not limited to the issuance of additional civil penalties of up to
$250.00 per day of violation, discontinuance of public water service or further enforcement
action through a court of competent jurisdiction.
