I believe this will be ok, however I had one question/ concern.
The monitoring/ study of the existing facility and ground water may not be completed by the time we want to start the
62 lots if approved.
Do you see this as a problem? Not really
We could add language to the effect that the modifications to the existing pond (if required) will be completed prior to
recording of the final plat for the second phase of the (5&6) phases That would be acceptable and I can add some
language to that affect.
This phase thing is getting confusing. I agree!
