There is a ROW permit headed your way for work they plan on completing tomorrow.
The permit runner for the electrician (Shocking Difference, LLC) dropped it off this
morning. They plan on pulling electric to the entry island at Prairie Creek Estates off
Middle Road. She didn't have a site plan or anything and insisted that the HOA had
been talking to someone (!) about it and it had already been `approved'.
She was a pain in the ass, but now she's all yours O
