The City Council will consider this recommendation at 7:30 p m on Wednesday, December 9, 1992 The Council may accept the Commission's recommendation or, if requested by you or someone else, the Council may schedule a public hearing I encourage you to attend the Council meeting Sincerely, 74-0- Todd Stamm, City Planner copy: Mr Mr Mr Henry Meyer and Mrs Myron Hall David Asher City of YelDl 105 Yelm Avenue West POBox 479 Yelm, Washington 98597 206-458-3244 NUT ICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 103RD AVENUE MULTI-FAMILY REZONE The Ye1m Planning Commlssion will hold a public hearing at 4'00 o m on Tuesday, November 17 1992, to recelve comme~ts on a request from Desmond Iverson to zone 1 8 acres of land at the intersection of West Road and 103rd Avenue as multi-family resldentlal (R-2J zoning and to amend the Yelm Comprehensive PLan accordlngly Such zoning would permit apartments with up to thlrty dwelllng units to be constructed on the site This site 1S located immediately north of 103rd Avenue and north of Jayhawks Plaza between the Myron Hall resldence and Prairie Christian Center It is currently the site of the Yelm Day Care Center Additional information and a map of the site may be obtained by contacting Todd stamm City Planner at Yelm City Ha 11, (206) 458-3244 The hearing will be held at Yelm City Hall, 105 Yelm Avenue W , Yelm Washington All interested parties are invited to attend Written comments should be directed to the Yelm Planning Commlssion and may be mailed to POBox 479, Yelm, WA 98597 or delivered to City Hall Written comments must be received prior to the hearing to be considered by the Commission The Commission s decis10n will be in the form of a recommendation to the City Counc11 Published Nisqually Valley News Thursday Mailed to property owners within 300 feet Mailed to agencies 1992 DO NOT PUBLISH BELOW THIS LINE /// :2.. , 1992 1992 DID YOUR NEIGHBORS RECEIVE THIS NOTICE?
