A dry cleaners or a service station could create an air quality issue without intent to initially interfere with the school's operation, but it could create a risk after it was in operation 3 Can the Commission provide any assurance to the schools that this rezone will not financially or environmentally impact the operation of the school, bussing, road requirements, and air/noise quality of the area already occupied by the school?
