NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that per Section 13.08.110(2), Civil Penalties, YMC your business at 1008 Yelm Ave E is in
violation of Chapter 13, Sections 13.08.080 Prohibited Uses.
ALLEGATIONS OF FACT
1. On September 14, 2013 you were contacted by the City of Yelm informing you of the need for a grease
interceptor installed between your business and our STEP sewer.
2. Stomping Grounds Espresso is the tenant at 1008 Yelm Ave East„ parcel number 22730110209 legal
description Section 30 Township 17 Range 2E SS- 988210 LT 7 Document 3167697
ALLEGATIONS OF LAW
1. The above described property is with the City of Yelm
2. The above described property is zoned C -1 with its current use as a food /beverage service establishment.
3. To date the City of Yelm has not received verification of the grease interceptor being installed.
IT IS ORDERED THAT within 15 days of receipt of this notice Stomping Grounds Espresso install an approved and
inspected grease interceptor by the City of Yelm via Jim Doty, WWTP /Reuse System Manager.
Failure to comply with the terms of this notice of violations by stated time may result in further actions by the City
of Yelm, including, but not limited to the issuance of civil penalties of up to $250.00 per day of violation or further
enforcement action through court of competent jurisdiction.
