Joe,
Thank you for your response. I am moving on this property for zoning violations within the City of Yelm. Briefly an auto
orientated business is allowed in our C -1 zone if it is for auto sales or repair. The property, though is still considered
residential as there has been no site plan review to change the use of the property. Auto wrecking, storage or hulk
hauling and or towing would not be allowed in our C -1 zone. This is what appears to be the case at this property.
Answers to your questions.
1. Ms Lesh is the owner of record for the property. She does not live on site and uses it as a rental
2. 1 was notable to get any license or vin numbers
3. The two pictures I attached to the complaint were from two consecutive days. I went back to the site when
I saw the truck with the vehicle on it leaving town in the morning of the second day.
Joe my main intention of the complaint was to keep you in the loop as to what I am doing. I could not find any licensing
attached to the property and thought you (DOL) should take a look at it. I am proceeding as a zoning violation. If you

I just received the information that you sent us regarding the above address. I have several questions before I dive into
this. You sent a letter to Lesh Properties LLC. Is this the property owner? Do you have the name of the property
owner? I got your pictures of the site. Were you able to obtain license plates and or VIN numbers of any of the
vehicles? How did you establish that someone is conducting hulk hauling? Have vehicles been observed being taken to
a scrap processor?
