anonymous), regarding garbage, rats, and persons living in motor home.
March 19, 2013 Gary Carlson visited site, reported no visible evidence to support complaint.
September 16, 2013 City sent letter to property owner Evelyn Johnson regarding collection of
house hold waters accumulation.
October 8, 2013 City sent enforcement letter to property owner Evelyn Johnson with order to
remove accumulated refuse and waste and subscribe to refuse service.
January 21, 2015 — City received a citizen action request from Tracey Wood stating the house is
infested with squatters, drug users and rodents, the back yard full of garbage.
January 27, 2015 — City sent letter to property owner Evelyn Johnson to restore garbage service
and to clean up property.
February 5, 2015 — City received a citizen action request from Dean & Diane Michaelis regarding
garbage and junk cars accumulating on the property
April 10, 2015 — City received a citizen action request from Travis Nelson regarding trash in back
yard.
May 1, 2015 — City sent enforcement letter to property owner Evelyn Johnson ordering that by
May 15, 2015 substantial progress is made to remove trash.
May 13, 2015 — Property owner Evelyn Johnson left voice mail on Gary Carlson phone stating
that she had informed the City in February that her property had been foreclosed, and Evelyn
Johnson requested final water bill from the City.
May 13, 2015 — Utility billing sent copies of note and foreclosure notices received from Evelyn
Johnson to Gary Carlson.
August 17, 2015 Gary Carlson checked Assessor Tax Rolls and found property ownership had
been transferred to Wells Fargo Bank.
August 17, 2015 Gary Carlson sent letter to Wells Fargo Bank regarding the nuisance violation
requesting clean up of property with copies of letters.
September 8, 2015 Gary Carlson called Wells Fargo Bank. They informed him that the property
was referred to a local property management company with John Graver, Windermere Real
Estate Yelm.
September 8, 2015 John Graver sent an email to Gary Carlson that he had received the home
assignment on May 12, 2015. June 19, 2015 Wells Fargo contracted with RCO Legal, P.S. to
begin the eviction process of any persons living on the property.
September 9, 2015 RCO informed John Graver that the eviction, notice to vacate expires
9/9/15. They are required to provide "Personal Service" to any occupants. If personal service is
achieved, they must be given 10 — 20 days to provide a response. If no response, they can
provide a Writ of Restitution and provide physical lock out.
