of property at 10238 Third Street is in violation of Chapter 8.12 and 9.44 YMC.
ALLEGATIONS OF FACT
1. On January 28, 2015 you were contacted by letter from the City of Yelm informing you of
the infractions occurring on your property.
2. The Thurston County Assessor's Office list the lawful owner as Evelyn M Scott of parcel
number 22719331602 legally describe as :

ALLEGATIONS OF LAW
1. The above described property is with the City of Yelm
2. The above described property is Zoned R -4 with its current use as a residence
3. Adjoining residences complain of excessive accumulation of household waste and debris.
IT IS ORDERED THAT by May 15, 2015 that substantial progress is made in removal of household
waste and debris found on the property.
Failure to comply with the terms of this notice of violations by stated time will result in further
actions by the City of Yelm, including, but not limited to the issuance of civil penalties of up to
$250.00 per day of violation or further enforcement action through court of competent jurisdiction.
