Hard File Scanned <:>- CITY OF YELM ORDINANCE NO 467 LONGMIRE STREET ZONING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE YELM ZONING ORDINANCE MAP BY CHANGING A PORTION OF 4 9 ACRES PARCEL FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONING WHEREAS, the Yelm Planning Commission has a held public hearing regardlng this proposal as described in file ZON-8087, and WHEREAS, the Council finds that the site of the proposed multi- family zone is feasible and appropriate for multi-family development and will be adequately buffered from neighboring land uses and development, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.
