WHEREAS, the Yelm Planning Commission has held a public hearing regarding this proposal as described in file ZON-8103, and WHEREAS, the City council finds that the site of the proposed multi-family zone is feasible and appropriate for said zoning, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Yelm Does ordain as follows: Section 1.
