Hi Gary,
Based on the responses from TRPC and the County, it would appear that the City should have the adopted ordinances
that refer to the annexation and other related information, such as a copy of our agricultural practices that were
grandfathered in as a basis for our agreement to the proposed annexation at that time?
In the mean time, I am gathering all documentation that we have continued agricultural practices since the annexation.
However, can you provide us the ordinance regarding non - conforming uses that was in place at the time of the
annexation?

unincorporated portions of the county into their boundaries. The Auditor's Office is not involved for the most part in
