Dear Ms. Lesh,
I have received complaints from local auto dealers that your property at 1011 to
1017 Yelm Ave West, parcel number 21724130300, is being used for display of
automobiles for the purpose of sale.
Your parcel is zoned C -1 which allows the use of it as an automobile sales lot for
up to 50 vehicles. However; as the last use of your property was residential, to
continue the sales of automobiles you will need to bring the site up to current City
of Yelm Standards for a C -1 Zone. If this is your intention I will refer you to one
of our planners who can assist you with the process.
If is not your intent to use this property commercially, then please cease the
automobile sales within 10 days of receipt of this letter and return the use of the
property to residential.
