Shepard and James D. Roberts of space 16, who apparently sent you photos, reported Mr. Lefebvre, 'or whatever. 1 have advised my clients to immediately make repairs to the carport of space 16, getting a permit first, etc. The problem has been that Ms. Shepard and Mr. Roberts had refused to put their request for repairs in writing, or explain what the problem was, as required by mobile home landlord tenant act. Rather, they entered. ii to an Internet smear-campaign, harassing my client on Craig's List and other websites (www.listown.com /tickets /st/200908/12514'5.htm) in retaliation for the last rent increase. They had refused to sign their lease and were in violation of multiple park rules related to parking until I got involved recently.
