Dear Mr. Wells,
The City of Yelm would like to work with you on improving the condition of the
residence known as the Charles House, located at 1318 Yelm Ave. West.
Recently I have noted the existence of crime scene tape and no trespassing
signs cordoning off of the front yard. Is this a pre curser to action by the
Nisqually Indian Tribe for cleaning up the property for development or resale? If
so would you please supply me with a time line for such clean up? If not may I
meet with you to establish a clean up plan and time line?
